The Dreamhouse Futsal Tournament is back! In celebration of International Children’s Day and the Anniversary of Pancasila, the Rumah Impian Indonesia Foundation is once again organizing the Dreamhouse Futsal Tournament. The tournament was opened by Mr. Heru Saptono, Head of the Youth and Sports Office of Sleman Regency. Representatives from the Sleman Regency Social Services Office, the Sleman Regency Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Office (P3A2PKB), and the Social Welfare Coordination Body (BK3S) of Yogyakarta were also present.
This tournament brings together children supported by the Rumah Impian Indonesia Foundation in the Yogyakarta area. In the 2024 tournament, 4 boys’ futsal teams from the Jogoyudan Education Center, Tlukan Education Center, Tukangan Education Center, and the Children Crisis Center participated. Additionally, 2 girls’ futsal teams, the Jogoyudan Education Center team and the Children Crisis Center team, competed.
The Jogoyudan Education Center emerged as the champion after defeating the Tukangan Education Center in the final. The 2022 champion, the Children Crisis Center, secured third place after beating the Tlukan Education Center in a penalty shootout. In the girls’ futsal match, the Children Crisis Center team narrowly defeated the Jogoyudan Education Center team with a close score of 3-2.
The 2024 Dreamhouse Futsal Tournament was made possible with support from the Sport Academy Futsal, Vamos Bar & Restaurant, Lavana Restaurant, and C4 Clothing.
