This division is in charge of the street contacting program. This is a program to reach out the children in the streets and the children at risk at the places where they frequently work or gather. A street contact volunteer spends time wtih the children to understand their problems and to build relationship with them as a friend. This program also includes encouraging the children to think about their future and to be creative and productive.
