This is a division that is in charge of the advocation and empowerment program for the parents of the children. This functions as a way to strengthen the families in their parenting and finance. Through the parents empowerment program, the parents are equipped with the skills to take care of their children and to be financially independent. Giving enough space for the parents to participate and in turns prevent them from problems that may cause them to send their children to work in the streets. Currently there are 50 families participating in this program
